Privacy and activity tracking

This is Kris MacLellan's independent application for Golden Homes Christchurch. It records page views, scenes opened, button interactions, contact-link clicks, document-link clicks and successful PDF requests. Opening a PDF does not prove that a file was saved.

A temporary anonymous session cookie groups activity until your browser closes. It is separate from the original Fulton Hogan site. Records include the activity type, item, time, mobile or desktop category and referring hostname. No IP address, email address, full referring URL or entered text is stored by this application's analytics.

The activity dashboard is available only to the site owner. Records older than 180 days are removed when the report is loaded. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected, and known bots are excluded. Counts can include the owner's own visits and checks; anonymous sessions are not unique people.

All business examples are fictional prepared demonstrations. They do not send customer information to an AI model or connect to Golden Homes systems. The site's hosting platform handles access and requests separately.
